Yuzu is what happens when you let a group of dedicated friends, who also happen to be professionals, go wild in a former garage.

This is not your average sushi restaurant. We will take you somewhere completely unknown. Expect a Japanese – influenced menu you can easily work your way through. In our kitchen you will find the Robatayaki grill; our centerpiece where some of our menu showstoppers are prepared.

Our grill is responsible for the best flavors of the Japanese cuisine. Using the traditional methods of the northern coastal fishermen of Japan back in the days. The combination of high temperature and binchotan charcoal, is what gives every dish their unique taste.
