The Stillery Amsterdam is a distiller of organic craft spirits. Their craftsmanship goes from private labeling of alcoholic drinks and recipe development, to label design and packaging at their own distillery. What started as secretly distilling their spirits in a bathtub of a student home, eventually developed itself into an award-winning business.

As a rebellious organization with a passion for quality spirits, we partnered up with the distillery to bring our cocktails to a broader audience. The Yuzu Fizz, Asian Mary and Chocolate Nikka are now not only enjoyed in our restaurants, but you can soon find them in local stores and at your favorite festivals.
